What was your initial telecoms issue, the ‘problem’?
"Our previous mobile phone provider was not able to proactively manage our account.
"Our data allowances were small and weren’t pooled, which meant we were often adding further “bolt-on” options to our bills. These were added reactively as data usage limits expired and took time to apply.
"This obviously resulted in the price of our monthly payments increasing dramatically from our agreed baseline payments, which was really frustrating."
How did you become aware of IPEX?
"IPEX reached out to us during the time we were looking around the market for a better deal.
"Normally we wouldn’t be so receptive to a sales call, but there was something about talking with our contact Vikki about what IPEX could offer to us, that made me want to investigate further."
What was the solution that IPEX implemented for you?
"After our first meeting, Vikki instantly understood our challenges and what we were aiming to achieve in a new mobile phone contract.
"Being able to offer a proactively managed service, with alerting to the end-users when allocated limits are reached, alongside a shared pool of data were all factors in making the solution work with our current business model.
"Having end-users spread across the UK, being tied to a single mobile provider would often lead to some users being “out of service” when at home. With IPEX, they were able to offer us a mix-and-match solution so we are able to tailor each user's network to their ‘home’ location."
What have been the results of the solution we implemented for you?
"Early in our contract, the IPEX team were able to identify a user making a high-amount of international calls. Rather than seeing this on our next bill, I was informed in plenty of time of this activity and a retrospective bolt-on was applied to our account, significantly lowering our overall bill – all before the end of month invoice arrived!
"This one result, early in our contract, completely justified our choice to work with IPEX on our mobile communications."

"The whole process was made as simple as possible; from the very start the team has worked with us to understand our needs and objectives and positioned the IPEX offering in an extremely easy to understand way.
"Vikki and her team were then able to guide us through the PAC number migrations on a schedule that suited us and ensured that everything was in place for a seamless transition, checking in with us at key milestones to ensure that everyone remained connected and happy. Whilst this may seem like a small thing, because of the 24/7 support service our company offers, being able to migrate without a single problem was super important to our business.
